Terms and Conditions

1. All accounts are due for payment within 14 days of date of invoice, unless prior arrangement has been agreed.

2. Gastronomes Ltd. reserved the right to charge £25 administration fee for any late payments.

3. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT which shall be payable at the rate(s) ruling at the date of invoice.

4. Confirmation of an order will be taken as acceptance of our quoted prices and these terms. However, we reserve the right to make alterations due to market availability and fluctuations.

5. An order will only be deemed as accepted when you receive an email of confirmation from Gastronomes.

6. Orders must be placed by 3pm the day before, inclusive of Friday. Any order placed after this will incur a 20% late order charge.

7. Our delivery charge is £15 in the central London area. Deliveries after 5pm are £20. Delivery to areas outside Central London will be quoted individually.

8. We will endeavour to deliver your order within the time slot requested, however, we cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control.

9. Should any part of an order be found to be missing or rejected on delivery, the customer must inform Gastronomes office immediately on 0208 835 9485.

10. A cancellation charge will be made for any confirmed order that is cancelled. Please allow 24 hours notice in writing otherwise you will be liable for the total cost of the order.

11. Losses or breakages will be charged at replacement cost. It is your responsibility to have the dishes/ plates ready for collection. If another collection is required this will be charged at £10.

12. Please note that our products may contain nuts or nut traces.

13. Gastronomes does not share its mailing list with any other companies.
